With a Master’s degree in Applied Learning & Instruction from the University of Central Florida, I blend the science of learning with real-world experience. My facilitation style is dynamic and discovery-driven, ensuring participants leave inspired and ready to apply new skills immediately. My leadership style is transformational, where I motivate and inspire others to achieve a shared vision.
